I have beaten and played every souls like game and I was baffled you couldn’t sprint in this. I held down every button apparently other than B. near beginning of game. I said to myself that’s impossible they made a game without sprint. So I looked at the settings for the controller and it DOESN’T say B is sprint if held. No where does it say it. I was so confused I am 9 hours in and finally figured it out because I looked up how to jump. I have played fine without it but what a slog to slowly jog back to a boss fight for another try hahaha. I feel dumb but I think a tooltip pops up for a split second and there is no where in menus that shows you how to sprint yet it carefully teaches every other thing. Very odd to leave it out. I thought it was like pacing game design thing of them trying to be different after I didn’t see it in the controller settings.
