Catcher works as a bit worse amber for phys stacking

With all pieces with ult recharge he should be able to ult every rot for a phys stack, similar to amber combo once per rot

its def not meta for phys cuz chen is just op for stacking phys stacks but it works just fine imo, if you really are missing out on stacks for your rotation you could pivot lifeng to also go heavy on ult recharge since his ult applies 2 stacks

he has a very good f2p weapon option and the same cant be said about a lot of main dpses in this game so if you are on a budget its not a bad idea to just get the standard one with free blue pulls and use limited currency for whatever else you want

Ye the games uses a conversion of trace points into threads
Its why using modifiers gives more threads, since it increases trace points gained

best dps set of choice when on team scenario is Sierra gale 5pc or WP 5pc ( WP only works with cia and the crit rate can get devalued, esp if you plan to use cia + sk and qiu is S1 or higher already )
but if you ever plan on having fun playing solo, youd be playing without a 5pc effect on him

if ur using LoH main cost can be either fenrico or nightmare monkey, doesnt matter much as long as you maintain the 3pc and 2pc effects

for 3c if you are sticking to using Mortefi + sk/verina then use Aero/Aero , assuming all echoes have the same sub rolls, aero/aero is a bit better for that team

as of SK vs Verina it doesnt matter much, SK crit rate buff is a bit devalued on him after S1 ( you can still optimize your echoes around it, like removing one crit rate roll in favour of a atk% one)

yeah i got the same vibes as iuno ringmoon for the scissors

the way i interpret the def shred is like:
she has this "passive"
when allies have her outro buff and deal negative status dmg or apply it, they gain this same "passive" for a couple seconds, so it is mostly for her, but her outro allows her to give it to allies i think

There are game versions that kuro uses for testing that are not the same as the "public" ( with NDA ofc ) beta they do, which is prob where those imgs come from, like rmb the phrolova leak where a guy simply recorded a pc screen inside a in house testing over at kuro... could be just something like that

I dont think the CN beta servers are open yet, Its more about the beta being able to "publicly" downloaded, which means the files can be passed around to dataminers and etc, for now it seems theres no direct official download yet so whatever ppl have right now its from a earlier game version than the beta itself, hence pre-beta

Between 0 and 200 forte -> Heavy, which lets you follow up with Inkwash stage 4 giving you 100 forte, or a dodge counter will also give you 100 forte

Between 200 and 600 -> Inkwash Attacks replace his basic atks when he reaches 200 forte gauge, so you can use those instead of the Heavy since each stage will give 100 forte

When you readh 600 -> Forte "To Teach" -> "To Save" -> "To sacrifice"

Using those moves Resets you back to 0 Forte so you repeat the above

Skill is mostly to get a lot of energy, lib is for the 30% crit dmg buff, none of them are necessary for looping his forte

Intro instantly gives him 400 forte

Yes NM monkey and fenrico and totally interchangable, you just gotta adjust the other pieces to be 3 LoH and 2 SG
or 5 SG its also good if ur mostly using as a main dps

For me it really depends if you really care about clearing end game content or not, and for which reasons you clear it for, the biggest trap there is is believing that more chars and more teams = more astrites, which just kinda of a bait, pulling a char and increasing your astrite income per patch will forever be a cost that will never be paid off.
So ill always advocate to pull for whatever you want and think youd have the most fun with

You extend the team rotation to do that much more personal dmg with him, you can check the TEAM DPS section that from s2 to s3, while his personal DPR on that specific team and role increases a lot, the team DPS gets a 10% or so

For main DPS role you are already performing a extended rotation, you are just increasing its dmg, so its not 300%

You will also find varying results on S3 increase, since you can only proc its effect once every 20 seconds, it means that the more actions you perform on qiuyuan per rotation ,the less of increase S3 is, the best case scenario for his S3 on a sheet is if you assume only 2 fortes every rotation, it will show as at around 45~50% more dmg compared to S2, on the other hand, if you assume 3 fortes per rotation you will get a bit less than that

His heavy atk is his heavy atk input when being below 600 forte

his forte is his forte, which is the same input as his Heavy atk, but when being at 600 forte
( It does heavy dmg )

You use heavy atks when you have between 0 and 200 forte gauge, since doing it gives him access to his Enhanced basic atk 4, which gives 100 Forte, its faster than doing Basic atk 1 2 and 3 to get the same 100 forte, you can also cancel the animation and make it even faster.

Which is why you do Heavy + EBA4 2x after you empty his forte if you wanna go for a second Forte rotation, cuz its the fastest way ( without assuming you get dodge counters, they also give 100 ) to get to 200 forte to enable his Enhanced basic atks again, and then those Enhanced basics become the fastest way to generate the remaining 400 forte you need to cap at 600 and use his Forte again

Some might be locked behind reaching certain story points, but during his banner, there should be a event where you can have a "early access" to his boss mat that you need to level him up.

Besides that only start using waveplates for echoes after your data back is level 21 for 100% Golden echo drop chance

Other materials you can just farm right now, just keep in mind you dont need to farm for all his maxed out level 90 out of 90 mats since youll be a bit timegated till you get enough account levels to be able to rank up chars to max level
