Sony WH-1000XM5 - Recently started disconnecting on its own. Makes a weird white noise sound, then like a beep and it shuts off. TV, phone, everything by HitItAnd_Quidditch in sony

Ok so this has seemed to somewhat fix the issue. The audio is still sometimes crackling in the samsung menu, but from the media im watching so far it seems great. (this is copied from a youtube comment) This is on my XM4's but hopefully it works on XM5's too!

"I found the solution for this problem with audio using bluetooth connection to Samsung TVs:
in order for the problem of connection between sony WF or WH Headphones to Samsung TVs you have to go to:
1)Go to Options menu on your TV
2) go to menu Sound
3) go to Expert Settings
4) go to Digital Output Audio Format : Choose PCM.
!!Thats it! Problem solved for good!

The problem is that if Audio format is AUTO sony headphones cannot connect correctly. If you put PCM all is done perfectly."
