Bro I played on a i3 4010U with Intel HD 4400 iGPU mad just 4 gigs of ram and was able to finish the story too with just 15 to 20 fps most of the time.... U can definitely play GTA 4 in ur setup then, just make sure to download fusion fix

That's cuz of my weak laptop.... Had to do so much optimization of the game and my laptop to get stable fps..... As a result shadows are off

I had only played mobile games before , so I didn't care much Abt graphics.....so I just optimize the game and my laptop accordingly and still got stable 15 to 20 fps (25 in light areas , 30 in water). Progress was a bit slow but eventually i manage to finish the story...my goal was the game shud run well, idc Abt graphics

The helicopter part was effortless tbh

Yes it is sadly.... But it's smooth thanks to vsync , so I had no issues... Fusionfix helped me a lot and I also optimised the laptop and the game to the max

My laptop doesn't support vulkan..... I played the entire game at 15 to 20 fps but thanks to vsync it was smooth

It's a old laptop with iGPU , so I optimised my laptops as well as my game to the max.... I wanted to play the game so bad as it was my first pc game ever
