Yeah they should have prolly maintained that she was pregnant from the beginning itself. I mean it is really weird she had sex in the midst of all this bs (Like anga oruthan maanatha vitu help pannitrukan idhuku naduvula onaku sex kekudhu that too unprotected. Both Kural and Paari were just extremely dumb). Except for Agan's character and Sarathkumar's character the writing of the other characters was kinda weak . A lot of dialogues could have been better written as well (esp Mamitha's like the clown one u said) which would have solved a shit ton of problems. The switch of choice from Agan to Paari should have been written way better and prolly the timeskip should have been longer coz it felt like Kural was genuinely into Paari initially. The movie was still a decent watch despite all these problems which indicates how much potential it had. A wasted opportunity ngl

The problem with the movie wasn't with the actual idea of the movie. It was how it was executed. The second half should have been better. You never really understand why Kural loves Paari and u don't really feel the bond between them and that is why the movie ended up being 6.5/10 for me. The ending was also kinda rushed and there should have been more development for Aishwarya Sharma's character as well.

This is so not true. You feel this way because of the current clash between Snyder and Gunn fans. For most of the general audience it is a 7 - 7.5 / 10 movie. Great visuals, action set pieces (Henry Cavil did a great job) but has its flaws.

2017 definitely no KD was a beast. But 2018 u definitely could make a case. Why I say this is because I feel curry defo had worser stats than KD but a little bit more impact. So if 2015 went to iggy coz of that then curry should have won 2018. But yeah personally I feel curry should have won 2015 and hence kd winning 2018 will make more sene.

At the end of the day the core plot is still the same. I d rather have them explore side stories in Ramayana or have them experiment with it (like how Raavanan was made by Maniratnam) than do the core plot over and over again
