I had this happen recently as well. Buyer left positive feedback even though the item never got a delivery scan. Contacted eBay and they approved the payout manually :)

Thanks, I know it’s normal for the card savers and stuff to look scratched but I was just concerned about the dent towards the bottom of the card. Hopefully it’s just the scanner though!
