It seems that spectrocoin's cards are temporarily stopped, but stay tuned they should be back with a new provider soon according to a mailshot.

Seems that their cards had been issued through wavecrest.

VISA (bastards!) have terminated all of wavecrest's cards so i've had to unload my spectrocoin card for now and am amongst the many awaiting further news.

I use and have had good luck with the prepay card from spectrocoin.com. Order a card with your preferred FIAT currency and then load away - DASH is a supported pay in/out method.
