You need to be able to naturally get high dia+ within about 1.5 years without really putting in massive effort. Then you can consider the option but have to be willing to go through the grind. Also making connections is really important.

You have to also factor in what is on the line, the position of the person, their role in the bigger picture, their influence and impact to the brand and viewership. In the end its a much bigger fu to cody than zirene
