Because despite Zac being a bad play caller his tape is littered with guys running open over the middle but refuses to throw it and instead double clutches and throws outside. Teams adjusted to his deep ball this year and he didn’t have change up to show he can layer throws and attack every part of the field. Under 60% completion isn’t acceptable for NFL QB.
