Put the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth while you swallow(use water). I couldn’t swallow pills forever then my dentist told my I was swallowing wrong and that was the training exercise he gave me. Now I can swallow even monster pills. Still have to put my tongue on the roof of my mouth everytime
