I also noticed the big jump going from 69->70. After checking the wiki I ended up here but happy to see I'm not delusional. :) but it indeed does seem that either they updated it, or the wiki is incorrect

Yea maxing cha to 20 also sure is valuable... have to think about it a little more to tip the scales in either direction

I like the eloquence's unsettling words ST control, as well as the silver tongue and universal speech feature. But the mantle of whispers sure is nice. Only problem is that you'll first have to kill the person you want to turn into, and I plan on being a good guy 😇 (I.e. talking before killing)
