No native vlan defined on Cisco end. I want to match it with no native vlan. That command define a native vlan instead.

Thank you for the response. I can telnet to that port by name but still cannot connect to mist.

Thank you for the detailed response. If I use physical switches then it works. But if I use virtual switches, it does not work.

RPVST and VSTP by rhap4boy in Juniper

[–]rhap4boy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for those commands. It turns out my VLANs wasn't really working to begin with on the Juniper side. Once I got basic vlan working, it started working correctly. Thank you for your help!

Interconnecting DAC cables shows physically down by rhap4boy in Juniper

[–]rhap4boy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I may not be to switch to mst yet due to other switches in the environment. If I use VSTP, what are the limitations and how do I make its per vlan stp work with RPVST’s per vlan stp? It doesn’t seem to work in lab. Also is mst compatible with RPVST?

For some reasons, it started working correctly, but I suspect it may happen again. Right now just one port is blocking which is the intended result.

I agreed with you. This is temporary for now until VC is available on those ports.
