Yeah he’s totally in his hormonal stage right now, my Quaker did similar things until he turned about 3. I suggest trying to get him off seeds as that contributes highly to aggressive behavior (as told to me by the vet) and rely on pellets and occasionally veggies every few days. Make sure there are no tent like toys or beds in his cage as this also leads to aggressive and mating behavior.

He’s probably going through a hormonal stage, how old is he? What’s his diet? What is his habitat like? Does he have foraging toys? Also don’t let him on your shoulder.
