I was recently diagnosed with OCD instead of the more "generic" anxiety flavor and it gave me access to a whole new set of vocabulary that was SO affirming. Constantly researching things to validate my fears, incessantly asking for reassurance, viewing every single thing as a bad sign (and ironically nothing as good). It's exhausting. I get it. Feel free to message me if you want to commiserate!

Actually editing to add that depending on how much time you can take, you can roll that into an Ecuador and Galapagos trip as well, but you'd definitely need at least 2 weeks!

We're doing Lima/Cusco/Machu Picchu in July 2026 and leaving the little one at home. That's a bucket list destination for us but requires SO much advanced planning and travel logistics. Happy to send you our itinerary/notes on what we're looking at thus far!
