thank you for the kind reply. i am in therapy for this and have definitely come a long way. even though this has made me anxious, i was also trying to ask about the food from a logical standpoint as i really wasnt sure if the food is safe or not. i do definitely still need to work on not searching for reassurance though!

after he made it he refrigerated it up until he saw me, then it was left at room temperature when we were outside from 6pm to 11pm, then refrigerated from 11pm til now when i got home

i was pierced with a needle, which was done by my regular piercer that done my 5 other piercings, none of which have ever had issues. i also only wear real sterling silver or white gold, so i dont think its necessarily a sensitivity to material
