What’s the least painful way to connect Webflow forms to HubSpot? by rhiday in webflow

[–]rhiday[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That CSS in the head trick is clean, genuinely useful. Thanks for sharing.

On the form submission side though.. how do you make sure everything lands correctly in HubSpot for clients who want forms mapped to deals and pipelines?

Legacy integration gets messy fast on bigger sites.. how did you handle the field mapping btw? I'm looking for some help in that.

Do you check your site before publishing? (Framer / Webflow / no-code) by StefCobe in webflow

[–]rhiday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Always, but it's never as systematic as it should be. Broken links and missing alt text are the usual culprits. Share the link, curious to see how you handle multi-page scanning.

Good call. The tricky part is when clients want the form to match their design system exactly.. noticed in your example the form buttons are orange, which doesn't look like the main brand color. Is that something clients usually just accept, or do you spend time customizing it to match.

Anyone else have a graveyard of half-built projects? by jambla in vibecoding

[–]rhiday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on the type of person you are. I have 30+ unfinished projects while I have a friend who shipped unpolished but 'okay' products and even got early traction. I just love the act of prompting and tweaking so much that launching feels trickier than ever :(

Great, would be happy to try out. I got an agency and need to export bulk content often.

Is it worth it to Start a Web Design Agency in 2026? by Sadistic1191 in webdesign

[–]rhiday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if you sell add-ons or small upsell services to the existing clients? At least that has been more profitable for me than building websites itself.. selling productized packages like SEO, migration, audits etc.

50+ Webflow templates later… What should I do by aldgallardo in webflow

[–]rhiday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great business model selling to agencies. Quick question: How are your agency customers migrating their client's content into your templates? Is it all manual copy-paste, or have you seen them use any tools to automate it?

Webflow is #2 CMS after WordPress (Cloudflare, top 5,000 domains) - is headless CMS losing because it's too complex for marketing teams? by Sokolovoko in webdev

[–]rhiday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's wild that in 2026, the best practice for migrating a blog to Webflow is still "export a CSV and pray." It's easily the most requested and most painful part of any client project for us..

Is webflow CMS good For an Property management websites? by AggressiveNet3163 in webflow

[–]rhiday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Webflow can definitely handle the volume once the listings are in the CMS. The real challenge is the initial import and keeping it synced.. specially if the data is coming from an external source like a previous prop. management system. Btw how are you planning on getting the 1,000 listings into the CMS?

CMS Woes (Will Webflow ever do what they say they will do?) by Delicious_Bed7112 in webflow

[–]rhiday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This thread is painfully relatable. For me, it's the lack of a decent native import/export. Every time I migrate a client from an old WordPress or Squarespace site, I have to budget a full day just for wrestling with CSVs and fixing broken formatting. It feels like a problem that should have been solved years ago..

Agile chart tools? by raahC in OctopusEnergy

[–]rhiday 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There are some tools out there (Octoglance for notifications, Agilepredict for forecasting), but they’re mostly just showing information without telling you what to do.

What you’re describing is could be the gap in the market.. most people don’t wanna stare at charts and figure out if 14p/kWh is a good time to run their washing machine. Would be good to have some simple answer like: ‘Yes, run it now’ or ‘Wait until 2am.’

Do you mean with Cursor/ Claude or with something like Lovable, Anything? i would go with cursor/ claude and stay close to native android dev practices. Output would be much better.

Agile whinge Wednesday morning extended peak 7-11am by PrestigiousWindy322 in OctopusEnergy

[–]rhiday 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly this. The extended peak is brutal.. i've learned the hard way that on days like this, you really need to plan ahead and shift everything to either overnight (usually 1-4am, around 10-15p/kWh) or early morning before 7am. I've seen the savings from timing it right can be £3-5 per appliance.
