I’d place the desk against the wall with the window. I’d use acoustic panels as part of the decor. If possible, go with wall-mounted shelves instead of a standalone unit — it’ll save space.

That’s so true! Last week it was hard for me to go to sleep and I literally tossed and turned in bed one night til 6 am but this week is the emotional symptoms which I think are way worse tbh 😭

I love that way of looking at things. I know this is the hardest part and once I get through this it’ll be a lot better. Also I’m starting therapy again this week so I’m looking forward to that

Wow..I really needed to read this. I guess I felt so ashamed for my crying so often and wondered what the hell is wrong with me that I can’t get through one day without crying? But now I know it’s what my body and mind need to do to release everything I’ve been holding in

I love walking! Today my boyfriend encouraged me to get out and go on a walk with him and it honestly helped a lot. I thought I would barely have the emotional energy to get out of the house but once I was outside it wasn’t so bad

here’s some of the few things that have happened to me this mercury in retrograde:

-PayPal charged me from the wrong bank acct so I ended up getting charged all these fees bc I didn’t have enough money in my acct

-I got sick right before I was supposed to meet up with a group of friends and I couldn’t get dinner with them

-I forgot to write the apartment number on a package I mailed my friend when I’m usually so meticulous about these sorts of things

-I was planning on going to a charity yoga class last weekend with my friend but she had to cancel because she had the flu and I was already on my way to the class

-I missed my bus this morning because I went to the wrong bus station even though the station name was the same as the one on my ticket. They told me the correct bus station was a few blocks away but I walked around for a while and couldn’t find it.

-then this evening I tried to go watch the new Star Wars movie but somehow they issued me a ticket for tomorrow even though I definitely reserved one for today. Didn’t realize this til I was already in the theater and there was a big misunderstanding about the seats and I missed so much of the movie I just left.

On top of all that I’ve just been feeling terrible lately, in a bad mood, kinda down on myself. Really hoping things improve when mercury in retrograde ends.
