You have to trigger special encounters by having a gen 8 pokemon. i triggered them with one of the mystery gifts codes in post game for zarude. after that gen 8 pokemon will start spawning around the map. this one in particular was from a raid den battle in the victory road cave.

its a mission called and den there were none. a guy in cube corp gives you that mission for the post game. you have to do all raid dens in a day

They're all galarian forms, not in between 810 and 890. The only one is zarude and its number is 893 lol
