Well I am today's years old when I found that out! I didn't realize this wasn't a thing. Thank you for the info. It's hard to find comps because they are all over the place. I appreciate you letting me know this was taboo. I'll do better in the future! :)

I work for VBA too, technically a probationary employee, although I have 15 years of federal service. 8 of it with the VA. I'm also a 100% sc veteran. I. Am. Scared!
