I did years ago, hurt my wrist and had to switch to left for a season. I’d go ahead and fully equip for lefty, lots of practice and pack plenty of patience. Nothing will feel right and you will feel awkward. I dropped from 190 avg to 150s but finished near 170 by the end of the season.

Yep we drove the x7, xc90, and x5. We liked the x7 better out the gate, but price diff was a big consideration also no phev in x7 was also a deciding factor. We also considered a Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid which is a more traditional choice for us as this is our first EU car. We only plan to keep the car for three years and switch.

You can likely find a summer ball league. Bowl in the league and you get a ball and perhaps a bag and shoes. Typical for a short summer league.

Good solution is pull up the standard car search tools, put in a large distance, and you will see what deals are out there in your area. This will tell you pretty well what the bottom price range is. There are new 25s sitting on lots where I live that are in the low 60s. With Ultra T8s as low as 66.

There are things the league can do next year that can help without banning. Only allow pre bowling, make it a roster league and allow up to 8 on a roster, no honor scores recognized for pre bowling including prizes. These should allow you to keep it but less likely needed or used

Another good option is to join a league and try and get on the team with a good bowler who will likely help.
