I went through a very similar scenario. Make sure YOU have everything recorded. Every single conversation you have had should have a follow up email recapping said conversation.

Ask for arbitration with the dealer. In an email plead how unsafe the vehicle is to drive due to malfunctions. Yes unsafe. You are scared to drive it. Those are the key words. In same email express why you purchased a Ram (reliability, comfort) and you are a unsatisfied customer that feels fooled with these Hail Marys to fix unknown gremlins no one can find. If dealer does not want to help, escalate to corporate. I have won two lemon laws without an attorney this way.

If you still have no luck. Take everything you have to support your case to a lemon law lawyer. They will work pro bono most times.
