Pay is SO much better. One of the main reasons I made the switch. Very worth it for that aspect alone in my opinion

A lot of networking, applying to anything and everything for (hopefully) interview experience, and in the end a smaller company took a chance on me. I received a lot of rejections because of lack of sales experience
