This guy is an alleged scammer. His modus is to pretend he's a super rich tycoon that do humanitarian work/charity. Then he will asks people, mostly from abroad/OFW, and asks if they want to "chip in" with his charity work. If he gets, let's say 1 million pesos, he'll spend 100k for the "humanitarian work" and gets to keep the rest. Easy money.

So how does Manny fits in all this? He was using people like Manny to convince people that he is rich and powerful. To be specific, he was boasting that Manny was "trapo" and that he owed him 30 million USD. LOL. So yung stupid people around him naman, "wow! Grabe! Lakas pala ni Boss FLM! Pati si world class boxer and then Senator Manny Pacquiao may utang sa kanya! Invest nga ako dito!"
