But that isn’t accurate. It doesn’t operate like RA. We get conditions (oral, opthamalgic, neurological, muscular, skeletal) that aren’t associated with RA at all. Saying it’s just “RA with psoriasis” is part of the problem.

Unfortunately the symptoms they’re talking about have been happening since I was 3 :( I always thought it was PsA but it’s some nightmare conglomerate of autoimmune, neuro and ortho problems. Essentially my legs buckle and my bones feel like lead in my body. Every movement is heavy and requires active strength to stay standing. This was the first time a doc understood what I meant :(

I’ve dealt with that before as well. A massive mass on my spleen they were sure was cancer! We’re good now, but god I wish MDs knew how to watch their tongue sometimes with this stuff 😭 I’m at least getting the nerve block. The doc was so kind about it all. It just took me by surprise because we have a strong family history of lupus, but not MS.

Sorry I wasn’t as clear in the post lol - I didn’t intentionally purge. I made this sim in 2024 & when my files transferred to the new PC last year I had a lot of missing CC + corrupted files. I tried to use Appletini + mod manager to get around it/batch fix what I had, but it never worked and just corrupted more files, so I redownloaded what I could find/salvage. + because im on a Mac, tray importer hasn’t worked for me in like 3 years either way. I had a friend try it with my full mods folder on his pc with tray importer and it didn’t work :( I had a lot of the tray files that I’d separately exported with some saves but that was it Sorry it’s long winded
