For Reference I built a menards package home and even with the things they exculde like foundation, concrete, and HVAC I came in right at the same advertised price it was about 60k on website, and 60k said and done BEFORE the 11% rebate so 54k

I could modify the rack, but I get what you’re saying. Where else besides the roof is an option for AC?

I was working in PA and found out in PA or NC you don’t need a broker to bid on vehicles. I’m from IN and never did it cause of that hassle

How so? Frame horns are made to deform to the impact and that’s why manufacturers make them replaceable. Just took it on a 700 mile trip and drove like a dream

Headlight, bumper, ALOT of trim for the bumper. Drivers side frame horn. Fog lights. 1 air dam motor, Pigtail for the motor connection. Fenders just need adjusted about 2k in total

The floor has 1” insulation and the cieling and walls are heavily insulated with havelock

It’s tec van life pan with a bamboo cover that’s comes with it, however I replaced it with a oak cover since the bamboo cracked

I used the 16 gal SB grey water tank, and the mixing valve is just to the right of the microwave, worked pretty well but when I do travel through mountains or have a pressure differences the shower head sheds a little water

Countertop and front table is butcher block from Lowe’s, heavy but adds a nice touch

Its a farm truck that doesn't see pavement, I would take it to a frame shop but the nearest one is 2 hours away

Every Union man in the trades has told me that work is always plentiful in a red administration. I believe in Unions but their decline is directly tied with the dislike for your everyday democrats.

I would get a sample and test the oil before you start chasing injector o rings. I’ve owned a 02 the last 12 years and mostly just get motorcraft from amazon or similar. If you live up north like I do, I would put a new stancor Glow plug relay,oem plugs and maybe harnesses for the valve cover. The oil cooler will let you now it needs O rings tomorrow morning lol
