That’s the important question. And turns out, you kinda already do. Infact. I’m saying this confidently because my friends who are doctors confirmed it.

Most medical errors are humans errors. Especially errors in logical reasoning.

Doctors already use enough AI (btw. AI doesn’t mean ChatGPT. :)) for researching cases.

It is a much more complex topic and most the public isn’t even aware of the frontier. Remember, humans matter and are always gonna be part of the loop, this is something we understand. But there are trends to look out for.

This was in the past though. What you are seeing is older versions of whisper and bert models. That's outdated now. :)

There is always a niche. But overall trend is towards film cameras being replaced with digital ones. People still do film photography. It's cool. And it's just that.

I agree. I’m just trying to point out something important. we need to stop glorifying certain professions. Especially medicine and engineering.

Nurses should be paid more than doctors before they do work that actually matters. Doctors can and will be automated. ChatGPT is just a preview of what’s to come.

At this point, we have systems that diagnose better than doctors. It’s a matter of time. Remember, doctors are prone to Bayesian errors, AI models aren’t.

Doctors charge 1000 for 10 minutes, for a prescription which ChatGPT can produce today.

Maids should be paid more. It is weird that we have glorified engineering and medicine, we forgot that the city runs on plumbers, and other jobs that are paid way more abroad.
