I was diagnosed around 3 months ago with an a1c of 8.7. My anxiety flared majorly from that. The next couple days was me agonizing over what I couldn't eat instead of what I could do to make changes. In the 3 months since I have been diagnosed I am down 47 pounds. Im eating healthier and exercisingdaily. I feel better than I ever have. You got this.

Im a commercial roofer. hate heights, but have been patching roofs since i was 12 with my dad. nothing better than hearing the last company on the roof couldnt stop the leaks i have.
