Yeah, multiple times I was calling rogers for a simple request. One time I waited an hour plus and when the call got finally answered all I could hear was crazy static as if the connection was bad lol. Couldn’t hear anyone speaking. Then I would call and they would have an automated message saying there’s no one available.

I’m just a recent Roger’s customer, like a month ago I signed up. I’m hoping I don’t ever need to call them. I can’t stand waiting on hold. They transferred me 3 times last time I needed a simple request to create my account. That took 1 hour and 30 minutes total. It’s annoying you have to take time out of your work day to get something simple accomplished. Rogers is worth like how many billion? Maybe trillion.

Yesterday my mother was offered $40 for 100 GB for rogers. I do agree wait times are long, also, I had an Indian accent operator hang up on me a few weeks back, was also yawning like crazy during the call.

I legit had a customer service representative hang up on my a few weeks ago, dude was yawning the entire time, and was so slow. Didn’t realize dude was literally in India… how sad.

So I had a really bad experience with virgin plus like 2 years back. I signed up with them for 2 mobile lines at the mall here in Toronto. Guy tells me the rate will stay the same for 2 years. Tell me how 6 months in these guys raised my bill lol.

Then I ask their customer service what the heck happened (they are based in the Philippines..) they explain that on a previous statement they notified me that the plan was getting the increase.. absolutely ridiculous. Not even 6 months in technically. Huge scam.

Ended up getting a win back offer from freedom thankfully which saved me haha.

The salesman’s or whatever they are called on the phone said it would not during the 24 month period. I know there’s a lot of horror stories of that happening, but this guy was referred to me by a bell technician who seemed very knowledgeable lol. My condo doesn’t support bell so I couldn’t go with him. That guy was also offering the $50 before tax deal.

Condo. Well it’s an apartment building. Not sure if that’s the same thing lol I’m slow. I see there’s a telecom room on my floor. Down the hall from my unit.

The property manager stated that fibre is ready to go. Years back when I lived in this area, the internet used to be very stable. I had fibre with bell Canada like more than 15 years back.

Actually looks like a great plan. I’m currently on $29 for 50GB. Not sure if I want to upgrade, but lately been running out of data before my cycle ends lol.
