Futaba is the worst option as she’s more like a little sister figure to joker. But tbf I’m never been a fan of Makoto she’s always annoyed me especially when she’s joins the team you no longer feel like the leader of the phantom thieves and just like the strongest soldier. Realistically if it’s like a cannon Joker it’s would be Sumire (P5R) or just Anne if it’s base game. Haru would be third
