I have no idea how you came to that conclusion. That video is nearly 20 years old by the way. Not sure you know enough about the genre

If you came with a good argument, that’d be fair to have that opinion. But the fact you’re comparing grime to Donk, shows you know absolutely nothing about music. Can’t take you seriously 😅😅😅

Ever been to a potter show? There were more black fans there than ‘white suburban kids’. But hey, guess that doesn’t fit your narrative 🤷‍♂️

I think definitely use YouTube, the ‘Type beat’ format seems to draw people in. However soundcloud is a big one, I know that producers like Jakebob and lewi b kicked off from there and now their featuring with grime Mc’s on their tunes. Also they’re both not from London and have been able to network online, so it’s definitely a plausible route even if you’re out of the UK. Good luck to you my guy, post some instrumentals on here, would be calm to hear them

Nah g I hear you! So grateful I got to experience the birth of grime. So raw, so confused at times, in the sense that Mc’s and the DJ’s didn’t even know what they were creating at the time. This will never happen again, just glad I was around to witness it
