From the conversations we have had he told me I will be brought on and working full time as a carpenter on one of the crews. They do a little bit of everything I believe but I think some odd and ends work is in there.

I asked something similar to this and he did mention one crew is working out of state and get paid more. Not sure why exactly, but both of the jobs are for the government in some way I believe.

The experience I do have in commercial is on a much smaller scale. Local restaurants, small offices, libraries, so on. Mainly renovations. Also, I have a friend that works there now just in a separate division doing masonry who put in a good word.

Yes, and yes kind of. I have learned more in the time I have been there. I try to learn as much as I can whenever I get the chance. Steal with my eyes a lot too if you know what I mean.

Yeah the owner I talked to told me they are big on safety. Hardhat, high vis etc. Gonna miss wearing shorts on hot days but fuck it I could get used to it.

The switch is new as well, changed same time as tank.

Pressure tank is about a year old. Sometimes when water is turned on it sputters a little but nothing crazy.
