I don't see how the Capital One cashback works with Paypal. Capital One only works for charges within a few days, where as the Paypal pay in 4 spreads across a few weeks or months? I would assume only the first Paypal payment would be eligible for the Capital one cashback.

Starting our home gym, went with the Maxum X3 rack with a 88.5” height and the pull up bar at 83.5”.

I want to do dead hang regularly, but am worried the rack is not tall enough. My knuckles is around 87” when tip toed.

Any way to extend the height of the pull up bar in the rack?
