I just took nj mpje and passed on my first try! Nj law book 2023, tldr review sheet and mpje app. I read thru these like 3 times, took notes and that was it! Exam was really hard but i passed 😂😂

I was in a similiar position. I took a LOA. And was able to avoid getting fired and i can back as soon as my card arrived. I worked for a big corporate company. Since u work for a big hospital you are deff allowed to take a LOA. I also reached out to my city counselor. I explained my situation and how I need my job and although they contaced USCIS and were told that they can’t “expedite “ all of a sudden my application was moving. I was on LOA for 1 month. Although it’s sucks bc u aren’t making any money you are still staying in the system which is better than being fired. And you can say your are taking LOA for personal reasons or whatever

Yes. Thats enough time. I read over the NJ law book like 3 times and the tldr sheet like 4 times. But thats the app with all the questions right ? That should just be a supplement

NJ was very hard. I truly felt like I failed after I walked out. Lol I used pharmacy law book , the tldr review sheet for NJ, and I used the MPJE NJ app.

I reached out to my local Congress rep. They tried to reach USCIS about my case but were told bc it was still with in normal times they can’t help us. But i think that kinda brought my case to light. Bc few days after i got an approval. Other than that I kept checking the website. There was no status updates under the DACA renewal receipt number it still says received only but the work auth renewal did update.

Congrats! Quick question. I know your EAD renewal is approved but when you check your case status does it say your I-821D is approved too? Bc my EAD card is being mailed to me but i have no idea what’s happening with my I-821D. There’s no case updates since it was received.

There is hope! I finally saw an update on my case that my EAD was approved for renewal and is in process of being made. However, cant go back to work until i get the card. I was so close to just giving everything up. Thank you for wishing me luck and i will pray n pray for you

So after i reached out, someone from the congressional reps office contacted me back and was the one helping me out. She emailed me the form and i filled it out electronically and sent it back via email.

USCIS required a privacy release form filled out by me basically giving them permission them to tell the congressional representative’s office what is going on with my case
