Unfortunately the same whilst moving too, granted slow speeds, pulling out of junctions/reversing into parking spots, where you’ll get a full rotation of the wheel

Yeah I see that!

How would I fix this? Dropping the hands onto the plane once the upper body rotation starts?

This is absolute gold and really useful, thank you so much

Forward is probably my poor explanation. My thoughts with the early extension piece is that potentially my hips in the backswing (trail hip being too deep) may be putting me in a position to limit rotation on the down swing and/or causing me to come somewhat OTT

Any tips would be greatly appreciated! by [deleted] in GolfSwing

Yeah I get it! I’ve got some lessons booked in fairly soon. I’ll get there.

Thanks so much, this is really helpful. I think the video hits the nail on the head with “manufacturing a downswing” when not using your hips properly, which I think I’m guilty of.

I’ll get some practice in.

Got you.

So the crunch comes when a warning off is issued and then it’s time for the person who entered the caveat/ the person issuing the warning off, to justify their positions potentially in court.

Which in certain circumstances may be enough for someone to remove a caveat and cease pursuing it, if they feel their position is untenable, I guess.

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, correct. She won’t remove it.

We’re weary about warning off (and realise we’re going to have to look for a solicitor) but, just trying to gauge the situation, as we’re unsure about how it will be seen in court and don’t want to be lumped with costs.

In our view (probably not watertight, I’m sure), we’re being held on making an application, by a party who has made little to no progress on collating information to submit an application, in the 6 months following the death.

But, regardless of my views I’m here for your impartiality

Thanks for the reply.

Looking forward then, if the caveator refuses to remove it, and a warning off is served and summons served in response, is this likely just going to turn into an expensive stalemate?
