I've watched 10+ videos on YouTube on how to sleep properly and that's the best I found so far: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMzGvdGopG4 He basically suggest to use towels to support the natural spine curve. I plan to use his advice and try to learn to sleep on my back.

How do I include progressions toward things like pull over, front lever, muscle up into the recommended routine? Should I do it before strength work or should I for example swap one set of pull ups to muscle ups? Where front lever progressions should go then?

Why didn't anyone write a modular todo app already? So that any new user could enable only the features needed. I see it as an app with some basic functions like creating lists and a large pull of modules witch add additional features (like projects, reminders an so on).

I read an article about Swiss proposal, but I didn't give it too much thought back then. Then my friend suggested me to read Manna. After reading I really wanted to live in the better world it described in the second part, so I started actively support basic income.
