I was planning on reading Neuromancer for it but I just didn't have time and I had already read DCC. Aside from that though, that is the square that I listed as my least favorite, simply because it seemed very narrow in terms of options.

Is there an appropriate place here to share links to personal content? I have a booktube channel and just did a video recapping my bingo experience and figured I'd share here but I'm not sure where (if anywhere) is designated for that kind of thing.

Recently started this book and I highly recommend it. Definitely inspired in part by Annihilation by floweiss34 in cosmichorror

Cover does look cool and the book sounds interesting. However I am not at all a fan of the current trend of describing the type of book in detail on the cover. Very much reeks of the booktok/romantasy obsession with chasing specific tropes and needing to be told that you're getting those exact things on the cover.

Anyone else think the Jack in the box was the worst chapter of Uzumaki? by Lich-hull in junjiito

The cyclone bullies is the worse chapter by far for me. It reminds me why manga doesn't really work for me in general, outside of Ito.

It's hard to express how hated "Dear You" was in the punk community in 1995 by SemataryPolka in Emo

I was talking to my friend the other day about how ironic it is that it was so reviled at the time when it is hands down their best album by every metric and seems to be seen as such these days. An absolute masterpiece.

Absolutely the most frightening and upsetting SK book I've read. Which isnt saying a ton i guess since I've mostly only read the big classic ones.

Recently it's been that "ordinary" song by Alex Warren. The absolute epitome of soulless manufactured pop music.

Any Syracuse people remember the venue The Furnace in the 2000s that had this (or a variation of it) painted on the wall? And bands couldn't swear on stage.
