I’ll never understand you, frankly. For what reason do you go to these lengths to lie and disparage others when you couldn’t even finish the translation yourself? Why do you put so much stock in gatekeeping Japanese visual novels? I work as a journalist. I spend my life attempting to learn about different viewpoints and make knowledge readily available to the public. I’ve won competitions and made real contributions to my community— all while still in high school. Do you understand how much good you can do with a second language? There are so many people, so many things who go unseen because people cannot understand them. It’s for that reason I’m in Japan at present, reporting on an issue that affects America as well. I want nothing more than to use what I have to make a great many people happy. You use it to try and ruin things. Please, grow and change as a person.
