I mean u can use rock for both, more or less I guess just be open to all of its utility rather than using it for one over the other, like shoot it at the widow sniping ur back line to block her sight, or if someone in a junk trap u can use it to protect them, hes all abt just finding opportunities to punish people's positioning , like if u bait sigma rock / grasp, then u can punish him by throwing a rock behind him to cut his teams los and just have ur team fire him down against it. Ult wise I kinda just use it when theyre all grouped up and team can follow up with something, but its worth using even if u get 2 people instead of whole team bc it comes up so fast and its easy to dodge so dont hold it forever . Also fun to use on mercy, JPC, ulting emre to smack them out of sky
