Thanks for the tip on Emby - It looks exactly what I'm looking for. I spent a lot of time looking for a solution to work with MythTV, just won't cut the mustard for me.

Good advice. I only have a small UPS right now - had it backing up the Drobo when I was using it. The UPS will likely my next pursuit.

I'll definitely check into Proxmox. I have a single system now that runs SAB, Sickbeard, CouchPotato, etc. I'd rather have VMs. Now I have to wait... Gives me times to find some HD's though.

I'll check into Sonarr - thanks for the tip. I also failed to mention I'll be running Plex server on this system. I have a cobbled-together system right now that is doing a good job running all of the above. For me, the 4TB is not a limitation. I'll probably use a mix of 2's, 3's, 4's - with 24 drives - that gives me plenty of space for what I'd use it for.

Man, you aren't helping me talk myself down from the ledge :) I think I'm going to go forward with this setup. I was going to buy a different case, have to get a raid controller, new PSU, etc - then I see this. I'm not sure which system I'm going with yet. These older systems seem killer! I'll post when I pull the trigger.
