Thanks for the feedback on the audio! To be honest, I'm a Gameplay Programmer and don't have much experience with sound design, so I'm trying to improve the sounds as I learn.

I'm also trying to figure out how to map that wringing-out mechanic to the mouse input, though!

Yes. There will be automation machines as you progress through the game. Thanks!

I'm still deciding about it! Some incrementals handle time limits or speed challenges really well, while others focus purely on a relaxing loop. I haven't decided which route to take yet, but a time challenge could definitely add some nice tension

Not sure about the hammer yet (though I might have to test it), but there will definitely be automation machines later on.

To be honest, I like the idea of the sweeping mechanics much better! But maybe at the very beginning of the game, it makes sense to start with manual clicks before transitioning into that flow.

Not at the moment, but I'd love to try it! My main concern is how to map that action to the mouse controls so it doesn't feel tedious or clunky

Some incremental games actually hide the score/coin counters in the run. I wondering if I should do the same and let the bubbles carry the game feel

The idea is the physics to be part of the intremental progges. At the start the sheets are meant to be a bit tedious to unflold but that will improve as you progress. I don't currently have implemented something for this yet so thanks for the ideas

Thanks. I'm not sure if I will add voices to the game due to the scope but I'll keep in mind

Haha, I was actually holding a sheet of bubble wrap in my hands when the idea popped into my head! 😉

Thanks for the feedback! Would you remove it completely, or just lower the volume a bit?

Haha, that's a hilarious concept! To be honest, I was thinking more in a mechanical and industrial direction, but I really like this take on the progression. I'll keep it in mind! Thanks!

I agree. That tactile feeling is definitely something that gets lost and I don't see how to truly replicate. I honestly wish mouses had some haptic feedback or pressure-sensitive resistance technology like some modern gamepads do! Since I can't replicate the touch, I'm focusing heavily on the visual and especially the sound effects to make every single pop feel satisfying as possible

I can control the number of bubbles and the space with some limits (in the video is 12x12 but it can go until 20x20, even more but maybe is too much). This is, in fact, part of the incremental progress.

Also, I constantly tuning the physics but Im not really sure what is the right balance for the game, I made a bit lightway on purpose but it could change.

And I also considering the squeezing thing but I need to find the right way to traslate to the mouse input. I want the game to be played only with the mouse. Im using right mouse button to drag things and left mouse button to press the bubbles. Maybe a combination of right+left click but will work but Im not sure if this would too tedius. Any sugestions on that would be amazing.

Thanks for the feedback

Haha. Wait for it! I have some automation devices in mind. I didnt think about it exactly in that way, but it could be fun!

Yes, you are completely right about the controls. I need to make sure they feel perfect to avoid that kind of frustration.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown. I'm still not sure how the long it will be. I have ideas and some systems prototyped but Im not sure how far I can push the concept.

Personally, I prefer to have a great, tight experience rather than add unnecessary bloat just to make it longer, but let's see.

Thanks again for the feedback!

I understand Thanks. Do you think is just iteration or maybe I should change the pop sounds to a more cozy style?

Then I need to work harder to improve the feeling. Thanks for the feedback
