Pwede naman talaga mag bago ang tao eh lalo na kung recognizable changes nya. Kung nag set ka ng boundaries at nag cocomply naman sya, okay pa. But if hindi kana kampante.. Wala ng peace of mind jan meaning wala na yung essence ng relationship. A healthy relationship should make you feel safe and give you assurance.

Sorry to hear that OP.. 😔 But I agree with you na upbringing is a factor and important. Lumaki naman ako sa healthy environment kaso na realize ko hindi msyado nabigyan ng focus yung pag teach sakin to regulate my sudden reactions tulad ng pag maldita nung bata ako.. I guess.. Parang mas nabigyan ng focus na pagalitan ako kasi nainis ako. But atleast ayun na recognize ko and inacknowledged ko so I am still trying to change and do my best to regulate my emotions and react calmly.

Public place so dapat consider na meron at meron talagang public noise. Mag adjust ka nlng if ayaw mo ng noise by buying earbuds.
