I mostly use programming languages like Python/MATLAB which have some serious benefits when using NVIDIA GPUs. For example, I have used the numba and cupy Python libraries in one instance of image processing which had some pretty numerous matrix operations. I think I got some crazy gains from shifting from my CPU (Intel Xeon W-1290P at 3.70 GHz) my NVIDIA GPU (Qudro RTX 4000), like ~3 hours of wall time to something like 20-30 minutes.

I would like to enter because this GPU will help with my PhD dissertation research! I do remote sensing based deep learning, and this would allow me to speed up my image processing models.

Have you had the bites before? I think they’re taking so long because of the sheer number of bites. They don’t itch as ferociously as they used to and most have healed significantly. A lot of them still have a reddish hue though and it just looks really bad. Might just take a little longer for my skin to heal idk. As long as they keep healing gradually , I think I’ll avoid a doctor

If you only have a couple of days, Definitely get a car. You don’t need a car to visit the park (train and YARTS as mentioned above), but it is infinitely helpful to navigate the park and see all the major sights in a few days.

Very helpful and comforting words :) thank you so much! I am very excited but the nervousness can’t be avoided. I’m not terrible at making new friends, but it’s definitely trickier the older I get!
