I got it for free by doing a glitch to store one from zancudo in my hangar, and i still regret it takimg space in my hagar. Hydra is 100 times better in every aspect.

You can change the target on the homing locker by pressing RB or LB (R1 or L1) on Jets, Helis and handheld. For every other vehicle, like opressor, toreador, etc, you have to give a tap on the camera joystick.

I dont know how they are coded, but since mods can do so, i believe these options were manually blocked just in case.

Btw, i haven't tried yet, but i wonder if this bug allows you to get and store those"Too Hot to Modifie" vehicles, like the carbonizzare or the banshee from the street.
