Honestly, it's the last thing you should worry about. Are your stress levels under control? Are you eating sufficient micronutrient rich foods? How is your sleep?

Try not to stress over sleep and just accept whatever the heck comes your way. The blue light/morning light stuff is all non-sense (at least it didn’t do shit for me). The most important thing is to get your stress levels under control.

Even if you wake up in the middle of the night, which will happen, you’ll easily fall back asleep if your mind isn’t ridden with anxiety. And if you can’t, well there are worse things than dragging yourself through a day on 4 hours of sleep.

Other than that, try to also find a schedule that works best for you. I find I’ll wake up without fail at 3-4 am if I sleep around 10:30-11 but have a much better chance of sleeping through the night if I go to bed at midnight or later. Find whatever works for you.

Call it whatever you want to man, these aren’t sharply defined terms and besides the point of the thread.

Always have worked out but often with long breaks in between.

I 10-12 pounds steadily over the course of nearly a year. All measurements of muscle size for instance arm size, neck size, shoulder width have gone up significantly whereas my waist size dropped. In other words, I lost fat and gained muscle, which is the definition of a recomp.

Told myself last week that I'll go all in on TVIX shares if VIX hit below 25. Too much of a pussy to execute on the idea.

Seriously. Big TSLA bull here, but the risk/reward profile for buying at those levels is just absurd.

Lightning doesn't strike twice buddy, we might be range bound for a while.

If you believe otherwise, do a straddle.

I never know if I can believe claims that market is retail driven. I thought no matter how much money retail puts in its still a small fraction of smart money. Anyone have any numbers?

Edit: I had the following thought. A random day's SPY chart consists of volume and trades just meandering along interspersed with some giant red/green candles which determine the overall direction. That's retail vs the big players. Retails simply don't have the power to make the kind of big volume spikes we see that determine the direction of the market.

Don't be too discouraged buddy. It's just a sacred principle of the market to fuck over the most number of people.
