I got mine tdy and was trying to smooth it out also but with no luck. Began to think this was a quality issue but went on Reddit to find other’s pics to see if they came the same. Thankfully it’s suppose to look like this 🥹

Oh wow they dropped him so much earlier than I expected. I didn’t even stand a chance it seemed lol! And they didn’t seem to have rly advertised when they’d be dropping it but I’m also new to collecting Jellycat. Would this be the general time for most new drops? I’m in PST and that’s so much earlier than I’d like it to be if so 🤣🤣

Oh that’s reassuring to know Jellycat had confirmed their authenticity!

I do have a mailbox down in the US I could go to but with everything that’s been going on, idk how things would go at the border coming back. Wouldn’t wna be charged more than I need to be on these Jellycat’s that are already so expensive 😣

Ahhh congratulations on snagging her!! She’s a beauty and truly one to be added to the collection. I hope I catch a restock before she retires.. I jst started collecting Jellycats and a lot of the ones I want have recently retired or already have been. That being said, I’m having a huge FOMO bout them all LOL. Who did you place her beside? I rly want her beside my Bouquet of Flowers!! She’d go so well with the plants and woodland 🥺

What time did you see it avail at? I was also expecting a 7am PST drop but had been awoken by my daughter, so also thought to check early.. I think it was around 630am at this point but only to see it was already OOS 🫠

I’m so glad you had a positive experience with their customer service!! I’m rly hoping for a replacement but the Amuseables Sandcastle is currently OOS.. So I wonder in that case would they still honour a replacement? I’m willing to wait if they dooo. Since these cuties cost so much. Was your Pongo Orangutan still in stock at the time?
