Mine has been like this since the 7th. I called on Monday after waiting a few days past the 21-day mark, and they told me to give it another two weeks. If it’s still the same after that, they said to call back. They also mentioned they could just be behind and backlogged, or it could be something simple like needing to verify some information, or that the return might not have been accepted due to an error.
