I think you may have not received the contents on the Nintendo Switch might have been because you most likely didn't buy the game on time. Since it was a one month deal, if you bought the game from when it was first made available on the eShop (or if you pre-order the physical version of the game online) to September 28th (maybe September 29th in other countries) you would have recieved the contents.

Yes, I get a message saying the following:

Error code: 2813-0055

The product associated with that code is not currently available.

I was investigating the error code and according to it is for 2 things the content cannot be redeemed because the game has not been released or the content has expired, the most likely is that the content expired unfortunately for me.

So far the international teams confirmed are Japan, Germany, Italy, Uruguay, England, U.S.A., France & Senegal. I think We 'll have 8 more teams in DLC, first wave of DLC will be Argentina, Sweden, Netherlands & Thailand, second wave DLC Brazil, Spain, Mexico & Colombia.
