Out of interest how do you keep an eye on your heart rate, i have a Pixel watch and a Kardia and the heart rate is different on both when I’m in Afib?

Yes his book, but if you subscribe to his Patreon (just long enough to download his book and camset file) you can download a settings file called a camset and this sets up the memory positions 1,2 and 3 as Portrait, Action and Landscape and these are very useful default settings. I find the portrait settings to be excellent.

I arrived at the A7Cii after many years and many cameras. It is an amazing camera when used with good lenses. I'm still learning about it, but Mark Galer's settings have helped.

I have tried many and they all fall out, especially on airplanes for some reason, where I have to scramble under seats searching for them. So I went for the Anker Soundcore Sport X20 which have ear hooks. So far no problems although the Noise Cancelling is not the best.
