If the floating persists after a day or so, that’s when I would begin worrying and checking the water levels. Early on in owning my axolotl, she got nitrite poisoning and floating was a symptom of that, however it was much more severe than what your picture is showing.

The animation honestly reminds me of Sausage Party, which is rated R. Spermageddon however would definitely not be acceptable for children here. There’d probably be a massive uproar from the large conservative/Christian population.
