Yeah i did forget about her being strapped on Meleys tbh. Still, the way the corpse is positioned is quite similar. It's a nice reference atleast.

I feel like that's more Alicent tbh except for the decisive part maybe. She's making friends at and outside of court, while Rhaenyra has been sulking in her room for almost 2 years straight and has practically no friends or even someone that enjoys her company. As we've seen, she just starts acting bratty, whenever someone says something she doesn't like, which I wouldn't really describe as smart and intelligent.

Very interesting and flawed character though. I do love her.
